CNC Machining & Thread Rolling

We offer comprehensive CNC machining capabilities across three sites, including 5-axis milling, turning, and both CNC and manual grinding.

Our engineering and programming teams utilise advanced CAD and CAM software, including CATIA, to optimise efficiency, accuracy, and overall manufacturing performance.

Thread rolling is a precision forming process that uses hardened dies to create threads, producing components with superior strength and enhanced fatigue resistance compared to cut threads.

Our dedicated thread rolling cell operates within a wide size envelope and can apply up to 60 tonnes of pressure. We support an extensive range of standard thread sizes, all backed by in-house inspection and detailed analysis to ensure consistent quality.

Surface treatments

Broadway GET provides specialist in-house surface treatment services for aerospace and defence applications.

As part of Broadway Group, the business enhances manufacturing capability through integrated surface treatment expertise, helping improve quality, consistency and supply chain efficiency.

Assembly

We carry out assembly activities in dedicated facilities, including the use of rivets, anchor nuts, sealants and paint.

Special processes

We use both in-house facilities and supply chain partners to perform a range of special processes, including heat treatment, NDT, surface treatments and painting. In-house capabilities include NADCAP-approved PFD, heat treatment and pressure testing.
