Coatings

We provide specialist coating and surface treatments including anodising, passivation, plating, conversion coatings, metal spraying, phosphating, titanium pickling, and SurTec applications to enhance corrosion resistance, durability, and performance.

Finishing

We provide a range of finishing services, including primer and finish paint application, dry film lubricant coatings, abrasive blasting and cleaning, part marking, and varnish application to protect components and achieve required performance and cosmetic standards.

Testing & Heat Treatment

Our testing and heat treatment capabilities include NDT dye penetrant and magnetic flaw detection, etch inspection, hardness testing, pressure testing, conductivity testing, electrical bond testing, coating thickness measurement, and stress relieving of steel and nickel alloys to verify quality, integrity, and compliance.

Quality

We operate to AS9100 Rev D quality standards and hold NADCAP accreditation, alongside customer approvals from Airbus, BAE Systems, GKN Fokker, Collins Aerospace, Leonardo, and Dassault.
